MARIE GRESS, CEO, LMSW-MACRO
Marie is a licensed masters level social worker with specialties in macro practice and older adults. She’s been working with grassroots and community based non-profits for over 10 years. She had the pleasure of working with refugees at Bethany Christian Services as well as neighborhood ESL programs in the Grand Rapids area.
In Ann Arbor, she worked with low income neighborhoods and families not only in case management and social services, but she taught skill building and created legacy tools for the agency.
In Milan, she worked with senior centers and aging services to improve transit systems, home delivered meal systems, data collection and reporting, grant proposals, community education, marketing, facilitation, program development, and more.
She knows the tight budgets you are on, the many hats you wear, and the numbers of hours you put in (likely more than you report on your time sheet). She keeps our costs low by training interns and helping you fundraise. Can’t get better than that!
